"Something Must Be Done" - The anti-freedom crowd battlecry..... revisiting thoughts from 2016

Something must be done" is the favorite battlecry of the anti-freedom crowd. Therefore, it is no surprise that it is also the pennacle of arrogant ignorance and pseudo self-righteousness.

I have a couple questions:
Why? Why must "something" be done? And, why is it suddenly so urgent that this hypothetical "something" gets done?
What? What are you really wanting to see done? What is your plan? What's your end goal?
Who? Who are you expecting to do this vague concept of "something" which suddenly seems so urgent to you? Furthermore, who's going to pay for it?
How? How are you going to go about doing this "something" whatever it is?

Now, I'm not saying that the "something must be done" people don't genuinely feel passionate about their emotions. I'm just suggesting that their emotions are all they really feel passionate about.
You see, people who are genuinely passionate about a cause actually put thought into a plan of action and then they do it. They live it and breathe it. They don't just go around in manufactured hysterics demanding that someone else do "something" to make them feel better.
